379 Collins Street, originally constructed in the 1970s, is a  commercial office tower formed over 19 levels which has seen significant refurbishment over the recent ownership.

 

HSB Consulting previously also undertaken several levels of fit-out in the building as well as having involvement in the original due diligence on acquisition.

HSB were commissioned to project manage the formation of an additional level 17 over the existing tower with the building under full occupancy. This included pulling up of the mechanical services including chillers, cooling tower, fire and electrical services as well as all lift services and the formation of new plant room areas.
